Thematically, The Serpent is of the Earth and Shub-Niggurath; the Womb of all, the grave of all. Life and Death, creation and destruction, the Alpha and the Omega. The Serpent represents the return to the Source from whence Kaniba came, as Terrorgoat, and a reflection upon the journey from that moment to what is now. It is a union of old and new elements, of old and new themes. The Serpent represents good and evil, light and dark; the giver and taker of life. The Serpent celebrates Life as the gift which comes from the womb of Shub-Niggurath, and The Serpent celebrates Death as the sacrifice craved by the jaws of Shub-Niggurath. The Serpent is the grave, which is a womb, The Serpent is the birth occuring through demise. The Serpent is the undoing of death, and the elevation of the soul that is ascendancy.
